The alkaline (plant-based) diet introduced by Dr.Sebi

Dr.sebi(an famous revolutionaire herbalist, pathologist, biochemist, and naturalist) teaches that disease is a result of mucus build-up within the human vessel, so basically all the mucus must be eliminated from the body in order to be and stay disease free. The Alkaline (plant-based) lifestyle 

It is crucial to be aware of the types of vegetables and fruits you
consume, as most of the food that is consumed is unnatural (i.e.
genetically modified from seeds and hybrids).

For this reason, we use Dr. Sebi’s Food List as our foundation.

But the alkaline lifestyle goes further than just the diet (food
consumption). It is a step towards genuine health, which comes paired with the mental and metaphysical aspect of health combined with a detox-lifestyle.

The basis of the alkaline plant-based

Our bodies are designed to operate within a very narrow pH range, which is around 7.365, which is slightly alkaline. The pH scale ranges from 0 to 14. A pH of higher than 7 is alkalizing, a pH less than 7 is acidic, and a pH of 7 is considered neutral.

When we eat too many acid-forming foods, the kidneys can’t always keep up with the acid waste and they start accumulating it in our tissues.

You are what you eat

what you put in your body determines the way you function on all aspects (physically, mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually).

Keeping your body in an alkaline state will remove the toxins from the body as the bloodstream becomes neutralized according to dr.sebi.

When you cleanse on a regular basis and live an alkaline plant-based lifestyle you might notice in the long run how your body reacts to certain foods and what you take in.

Even the vegan foods that are promoted nowadays are damaging our vessels, because most of the food we find in the grocery stores are genetically modified from seed. And they are mostly manmade according to the teaching of dr.sebi.

It’s not for just any reason they say, you are what you eat.

The recipes inspired by dr.sebi

The recipes on the website are mostly dr.sebi inspired (the dr.sebi’s foodlist internal link).

We still apply a few herbs and spices that are not allowed or not mentioned foodlist, but they are not that harmful compared to some other herbs that are definetely not allowed to be used.

To become healthy and stay healthy it's needed to have a strict-disciplinary diet, but it’s almost impossible to attain a 100% Dr. Sebi inspired alkaline diet when you are living in the western world. You cannot trust anything a 100% from the grocery stores. Unfortunantely, you can only trust what you grow yourself!

still, it's not an excuse to not take care of your own health properly, of course.

Dr sebi teaches when you cook the alkaline food, it changes form, but it doesn’t die. On a certain point I agree, but from a raw vegan perspective, when you cook food, you still kill most of the lifeforce/ electricity in the food and your body needs to work a lot harder to digest the cooked food. The energy in the food becomes denser, so does your own magnetism.

If you have experimented living on different diets like a fruitarian diet and such, you will definitely notice a big difference in magnetism and the frequency of the body.

But if you still consume cooked food on a daily basis, you want to consume it as natural as possible ofcourse.  And if you stay as strict as possible with the Dr.Sebi foodlist, you are keeping your discipline high and your body becomes natural. That’s why we apply the foodlist of the master teacher dr. sebi on this website.
