Rules of the alkaline diet

1. make sure you that you only consume the foods that are in the dr.sebi foodlist

2. avoid canned or seedless fruits

3. avoid using a microwave to heat your food because it will kill the nutrients

4. Animal product are forbidden on this diet.

5. there is no alcohol allowed on this diet.

6. Don't use tapwater, rather use distilled, alkaline or spring water (PH 7.5+)
